after moving here last fall with my job, I was surprised to see so many Amish buggies out and about and found them to be nice to see. Also at that time, I had met up with some drivers who has no good sense or knowledge of the road. Many times, driving through Nankin ob 58 I have been passsed on a double line, flipped off, tailgated, and honked, flipped as they passed, all the while we are driving through Nankin. Now, as the months have passed, I have learned, the majority if behind a buggy, on a double lined part of highway, will pass you, honk, cut in close, flip you offand in some instances, came darn close to clipping the carriage in front of me. Yes, some of you may tell me, go back where you came from, you don't like it , leave.. BUT, the actions of the many I have seen leads me to believe, Ohio has so many policeman, because so many of the drivers, ignore the laws, and some one has to save those of us who try and obey the rules of the road, have respect for others, slow down for a carriage and pass when safe. To many of these drivers, pass on a hill, curve, double line, and that is illegal. I have decide I am going to be a butt, and from now on, use my cell phone to get a picture of car, license and description, and then send to state and county police, for you are a hazard to all of us driving on road. Next time I go through a work zone, pictures I will take, when I am doing the speed for the area and I am passed by many cars, well, you are a danger to me. when people ask "how do you like living in Ohio", my response now is "Road rage is alive and well here, along with racism" and I hope I am soon moving out and onto another job and state. With the high stats of drug, violence, drivers in this state, they need more police to protect those of us who believes, the law is there to obey, I may not always agree with that law, but, it is the law.HIRE MORE POLICE, Ohio needs them.
