I for one think ashland has the worst streets that i have ever drove on. Why is it that as soon as they put new black top down and get it nice and smooth they come along 3 or 4 weeks later and there digging a hole some where ? If theres work to be done on a water line, gas line ect. why isnt it takin care of before the streets are black topped. Just take a ride around ashland and look at all the places that are being dug up or have already been dug up and fixed half a#@**

I dont care about the roads in cleveland, i dont have to drive on them,but i do have to drive on the roads here every day. I just dont understand why these things cant be fixed before hand!
