I need an aggressive lawyer

Anyone know of any agressive (mean) lawyers in the greenup co. or ashland area, that I could use to sue someone for stealing money from me? Its already been given to the proper authorities but I am taking this one step further. I would appreciate any help.

For what reason would you sue? It seems that your remedy is in the works given your taking it to the "proper authorities."

Because this person needs to be taught a lesson and a slap on the wrists by our judicial system just wont cut it.

So are you suggesting that the person who 'wronged' you suffer? I'm pretty sure trying to place a hit on someone is illegal and I hope you understand that makes you just as bad if not worst then the person who upset you.

No such lawyer in this area, be lucky if the law will do anything about it.

At what point was a hit mentioned? It sounded as if he meant to teach them a lesson via a civil suit. Kind of like when OJ was acquitted of murder in a criminal court yet ordered to pay damages at the end of a civil trial.

If I wanted to make them suffer, I could get them fired and make their life horrible. When did I say put a hit on someone? I said a LAWYER..... and really when did it become illegal? Moron!!! And just because they have taken something from me, and I want them to pay me back that makes me "just as bad or worst"....???? Get a life and read (better) before you speak!!!

Mike Curtis....i promise you he is agressive

I wish for many reasons I knew one also but I don't. I can tell you who DEFINITELY you do NOT want. That is Mary Sargent Hall or Rhonda Copley. These two are useless!
I have heard good things about Tracy Frye but do not know firsthand.

Try Richard Hughes.....very aggressive in court

Richard Hughes is bad as s in court! He is awesome but his secretary is strung out. So, you have to stay in top of things to make sure they are getting done and on time. She's so high she possibly can't remember one day to the next.
