Hopefully it's not one of those crappy businesses that are doomed to fail from the start! Those kinds usually have a cheap looking vinyl banner signs printed from Young Signs.

It probably like a hot topic. A bunch of poser bullshit! I'm curious as to what you consider punk rock.

If there's "no poser shit," I doubt it'll stay open for long. Seeing as the punk rock community in this town isn't going to be enough to keep a store afloat on its own, and that "poser shit" is what could have allowed others to actually check the store out. Also, if you're stoked that there's no "poser shit," you're definitely 15 or completely stupid.

i agree that ashland isn't a "punk" type of town. those kind of stores would do better in big cities not in ashland, ky. lol but hey who knows maybe the store will make it a few months.

Well quite frankly I dont understand why someone would opt for "poser shit" as on hot topixesue clothing...Nothing like being in a scene and buying high end rip off looks from coperate fat cats wanting to make a buck off you real life. So in fact Ayatolla 'your stupid" for saying that. And Ashland is a "punk", "rock", "goth" , "alt" , kinda town. Thre are so many disenfranchied young adult and youth that have no outlet that is a postive influence on their angst that having a place that gives them an place to go to that they dont feel like they are outcasts and vagabonds. That someone respects the way they look and dosent make preconcieved notions about who they are or what they way they look means. I hope that this store does great. In fact I would go as far to say that there are way more people than you would think that will be going there.

In fact I would go as far to say that there are way more people than you would think that will be going there. Before you call anyone stupid, please learn to use the proper form of the word "your." Your: Possessive. E.g. "Your hat looks cool," or "Is that your car?" You're: Contraction. You are. E.g. "You're stupid and don't understand how to use words properly, apparently. Instead of claiming to be a disenfranchised youth, read a book." I don't want to see the store fail, and love when local businesses experience great success. Let that be understood. I just find it horribly ironic that anyone who chooses to identify as a label could ostensibly refer to anything as "poser shit." While there are certainly people in the area for whom this store will be a favorite haunt, you have to understand that it is a very niche market...in a city of only about 22,000 people, give or take. Your assertion that it will have no "poser shit" only serves as bad press, further pigeon-holing it into an even deeper niche market and alienating potential patrons to the store.

Mr rock n rolla whatever.... Your a affluent , snobbish know it all troll who like to nit pick people apart over nothing when they disagree with you. No ones needs or wants a flippin know it all nazi pickin apart their sentences when all their trying to do is convey their feelings. YOU ARE an A##.. An its "ironic" why anyone like you would even care , except that you have nothing to do but troll and write havoc. You never have anything positive to say so in real punk fashion , I say "fuc* of*". To everyone else I feel that this store can make a go of it so support your local downtown merchants!!
