I'm just wondering why the charges listed on that website that was posted said serving warrant for other county if he was arrested over this stuff? I don't care either way I don't even know him but did anybody else notice that's what it said? The only good thing that came out of this is that poor baby won't ever have to be abused again if that is truly what happen. And the fact that when judgement day comes Jerry will have to answer to the savior who can impose a much harsher punishment than any petty law enforcement can in this town.

If they charge this man with child abuse they can charge the mother for the same charge because she did nothing to stop it.

He will be receiving time for the abuse on both children...the difference is the one that he is on a diversion for fought for her child and begged the judge to protect other children just two weeks before harlan died.

Haha dumbass obviously you know nothing about city and county laws. Call boyd county and ask them who would be making an arrest early afternoon on greenup avenue at mts.
