Escaped Inmate Captured

Wonder what they were doing at the park, heh heh..

Thank God for the citizen that saw the inmate hop the fence, before he had gotten to far. If nobody saw him who knows how far he would have gone. Way to go!!!!!!!!

Why cannot we in the United States seem to be able to build a damn fence any more! How is that ficticious fence along our southern flank doing?

One would think if you were going to escape you would have a plan and keep going not stop and smell the flowers in the nearby park.!?!? I mean I'm surprised that they just didn't go to McDonald's for a burger and then go home to his house.!!! He actually got away and then got caught. he'll do 10 years now. duh!!!

Actually God cleared the way for him to get away, having spoken to the girlfriend via prayer and dreams to set it all up. He told me so.

Notice also, how they won't open a forum on the artical about the police asking of immigration status .... they KNOW how the public feels about this and they don't have the gonads to put up a forum or the stomache to read the unfavorable posts

hey "professor"! a 15 year old was killed and a 17 year old was shot in the neck, someone was carjacked at gunpoint and someone else was robbed at gunpoint. the courant won't let us comment on those stories. happy? does your head feel any better stuck in the sand than it did when it was stuck up your gangbanging a$$?

The Courant's choice to not allow readers to comment on the daily violence in Hartford or Cotto's crackpot scheme to destroy what little is left in Hartford is telling. It tells me that the Courant is aware of the publics' opinion and can't deal with it. It tells me the Courant is further in the pockets of the politicians and unions than even I thought. It tells me the Courant has lost all credibility as a service to and servant of it's readership. And it tells me the Courant doesn't give a damn about itself, it's future or it's monotone approach to news. As the city of Hartford falls furteher into a black hole, the Courant will be sucked under with it.

This escape never would've happened had the federal correctional institution not retracted picnic rights for all inmates. I blame the system for this travesty!

Time to bring the state police in to ghettohartford once again. local cops just cant handle it alone, not trying to insult them just too many punks in ghettoland.

How do comments regarding a story about one who escapes from prison turn into various comments about hartford, its mayor and dying teens?
It baffles me that no one dared to comment about the Glastonbury teen who threatened his neighbor with a gun and posted his $150,000 bond...
Is the Courant's comment section really used for racism and hate as many (including the hartford mayor) think?
I thought better and higher of the Courant's readers...and commentors.
