In answer to the writer commenting on the quality of Mark Culver's opinion, I feel lead to express another opinion. Mark Culver has been a business man in Houston County for a long time and he is well respected. When I worked with the Houston County Commission when I worked in Dothan I do know Mark is a very intelligent person and I'm convinced he has a good positive reason he doesn't want to see Dothan have open gambling. Although I agree with Country Crossings and all their plans and feel so deeply for it that I feel the dog tracks should be shut down first. Then we can continue shutting all the things anyone could possibly take their own earned money and take a chance on something of their own free will. But keep in mind, this is a free country, and everyone has the right to their opinion. The majority should rule in all decisions for Dothan and Houston County. Take a vote.
God bless all of you,

I consider anyone who opposed the education lottery a complete idiot. Most opponents are mindless robots taking orders from their pastors on Sunday morning while nursing hangovers. Tenn, GA and FLA all have lotterys and they thank us for the money we spend on THEIR lottery tickets.
