Fat lot of an economic boom for Asheville if noone goes out. Hold on, rewind. If tourist don't go to Bele Chere because its rained out, then they will visit and shop local places. We would actually get to see the economic benefit of all this inconvenience. As opposed to their going downtown and wasting their money on vendors that are from other places and will be taking the money with them.
