I know this will create a stir, but not all "sex offenders" are the same, I think each case needs to be handeled differently. My nephew while a senior in high school gave a sophmore girl under the age of 16 a ride to her home without her parents permission. He is now a registered sex offender due to this. Nothing happened, his girlfriend was in the car at the time. Later we found out that this girl (who's parents have a lot of money) had done the same thing with the same outcome at two previous schools.

There are so many things in our justice system that are just wrong.
