It's sad that you ignored the part of the quote that didn't work for you. BTW, when have you looked at the Sun and, real-time, actually perceived it moving?
Doesn't matter. That's not what the Bible says. Pathetic attempt at obfuscation.

I don't want to waste time answering the wrong question due to a misunderstanding. I gave you credit for having a reasonable knowledge of the Bible since you comment so dogmatically about it. I wondered if I was missing something. Now I know I wasn't, and you were. This tells me a lot about the foundation underpinning your anti-Bible comments.
No, you don't want to deal with the fact that the Bible says the Sun stood still for a day.

Knocking down walls by sleeping on your left side for four hundred ninety days is just as stupid. Of course you take the cake.

So you can make sense when you want to! Now that you've outed yourself please continue since we know you're capable. Note that "Jah" which the Tanakh itself uses is just as short as g-d. So, why do you use g-d instead of the shortened form Yahweh gives himself?
Joshua 10:13 states not only that the Sun stood still but that it also set (i.e., moved).
Jah is one of many nametitles who's meaning was lost.
So at it's proper place it serves it's function.

The tetragrammaton is not translated as 'God', it is translated as 'Lord', a big difference that you've managed to screw up.

Any luck finding a pre-Falwell use of 'G_d'?

You missed the point.
Christians have a trinitarian or at least son of god dogma. They do not belive in the hebrew g-d exclusively and see connections with the tanakh where there are none.
G-d is shorter then yhvh or el elohim and makes the point just as well.
So three out of three.
What verse has the sun...etc. What have we been discussing for pages!!!
How can you comment that joshua's battle was at a different place if you do not know of any mention of the sun being halted?
joshua 10:13
Mentioned twice by 15th Dalai Lama. The second one more specifically to you with the flattering term 'numbskull'.
Joshua 22:22 uses the phrase 'el elohim yahweh' twice. If you think you can replace any of the three indiscriminately with G_d you are a numbskull.

The first use must be from the first English bible.
It's part of the series of mistakes like Moses depicted with horns or jesus being Lucifer or lucifer becoming a- and later the devil or even the devil and messengers/judges becoming angels a.s.o.
I didn't ask for bullshít. I asked for a citation.

Why didn't you cite the verses for knocking down walls by side-sleeping? You may be in for another surprise when you try to find them.

Yes it does. It serves to identify Yahweh with a shortened form, so you can use it instead of g-d which is just an avoidance of spelling god which is not a Christian co-opted term but is universally used to refer to any who are considered as god, including Yahweh.
