Okay, was there a point to this story? I read it twice and its just you rambling about going to the coffee shop. They pay you for this?

Actually, I really like the Cold War Kids....and the lyrics....but I hate hip coffee houses.

How many "reporters" and "columnists" are on the payroll at the ACT?(I know...the punchline is probably "too many.") But how many are there? Are those full time jobs? Just wondering..

Having read quite a few of your columns, I have come to the conclusion that you just haven't adjusted well. I guess being from Minnesota will do that to you??? You even have that Prince pose going on.

I find this bad example of a writer to be "rather odd".

Wow...sounds like this dude is as contrived and pretentious as the customers for whom he holds so much distain. Why the hell would he write this crap and then allow me to read it? I couldnt care less about why he doesnt like Starbucks (I mean- COME ON..we all know where he's talking about). I also dont care why he liked playing Balderdash in college. I cannot believe that the AC-T pays this goof. Why cant they pay me? I'm sure that somewhere- deep down- I have AT LEAST as much potential as him.

As a matter of fact, it reminds me of a Growing Pains episode. Remember when Carol was trying to be a writer and they never picked her stories? She didnt understand why and the teacher told her that her work was "replete with stinkiosity". Lol...WAY too pretentious...way too verbose...WAAAY too bromidic.
