He also has a track record of working across the isle. This gives Obama more time to season and we may see other stronger candidates immerge such as Richardson from New Mexico or Romney
Just a few notes on items in your post:
We have the cleanest drinking water in the world.
Not sure how green energy will magically transform the world’s largest economy. Wait till the first wind mill is constructed on a local ridgeline. They will make hillside development look beautiful.
Energy independence will be extremely difficult without nukes. Long term micro generation such as solar will help but not in the short term. Our dependance on foreign oil is not a healthy thing and represents a lack of long term vision on both parties.
Do not know what Obama's plan is on lobbyist but McCain is the one who has championed that in the past.
Health care is a complicated problem. Will I be taxed to pay for this? I already spend $150K a year for health and dental for my employees. Would it be fair for my taxes to be raised to pay for those whose employers that do not provide health insurance? Will something be done about the middle man in health care: drug and insurance companies which really are at the heart of medical expenses?
Then there is the heart of the matter, your disagreement or as it appears hatred of Susan and her views over the role of the government. Bigger government seems to bring about more waste and bureaucracy.
