I am simply appalled at the way our county allows teachers to dress and represent themselves. Mini skirts and knee high leather boots are for clubbing and bar hopping, not teaching class. If you want respect this is not the way to get it. When you are knocking on 60's door, dressing like a teenager is trashy, not classy. In fact, even if you are young, not being able to distinguish a child from a teacher or better yet, a hooker from a teacher, you may need to re-think your wardrobe.

Slander is not pretty. Very unbecoming. You will gain no respect by downing others. It will not build you up one bit. You will only hurt other people's feelings. Very sad.

Knee high boots are in style. Everyone wears them. That doesn't mean they like clubbing. We all know what this is about. It takes two to tango. It's just as much the man as the woman. If he can't be faithful, drop him. Just saying.

Just saying. i love knee high boots any colors with skirts not real short skirts but to the top of the knee i think is fine and i am 45 i wear them and i have seen other people wear them to. on the other part of the topic you are right it does take two but for some odd reason the woman is always the blame. and the man is forgiven and everything is fine, me i just could not do it. i love my husband with all my heart and i guess anybody dont know until in that situation. but i bebeive in my heart i just could not take it. i could never feel the same.

Well, she is a little older than me, but I wear knee boots. Big deal. I'll wear what I want. If you don't like it pluck out your eye. Or I'll be happy to do it for you. Just because you are getting older does not mean you have to look like Leave it to Beaver's mom.

A teacher is there to TEACH, to dress DECENT, to be concerned about the kids, not to dress like they are heading out to a strip club to work!! Back in the day when I went to school they didn't dress like they work at a stripper joint, they dressed conservative. They did however passed every kid that didn't know how to read, write or spell but they were dressed decent. I guess it all weighs out in the end. lol. BUT this is a minor problem we are faced with, think about when they get out of school and unless they go to college they aren't gonna get a good job, esp with this day and time the way the economy is.

Of course, a teacher, or any employee for that matter, should never go to work dressed like a stripper, unless of course, they are a stripper.lol. If they do that is the fault of their supervisor, whether it be a teacher, a secretary, a nurse, a social worker, or a factory worker. If employees do not dress appropriately, perhaps a dress code needs to be created and enforced. Many school districts have them. However, how a woman dresses when she is not at the workplace is entirely her affair.

Don't be so hard on teachers. They are only human. They have to dress, live and make decisions. No one is perfect. They have enough to worry about, without having to worry about someone is going to say about what they wear. Encourage these people. Don't bring them down. If I have a problem, I go to my child's teacher. I found that he is the best friend my child could ever have.

If they want less to worry abt then try dressing like a leader, not a stripper... Either dress for the job, or get a job to fit the attire you wear.:))))))

that someone is being mean when they are speaking the truth maybe it should be taken as constructive observation sometimes people dont realize how they come off and the image that they project and when you are in certain positions you are expected to be above standard although sometimes not fair its true and part of the natural way of society i do not or will not ever be convinced that a teacher is not in the position to be expected to conduct themselves respectfully
