Filthy store is an under statement. I understand the Consumer Product Safety Commission now has authority to fine stores (and individuals) up to 100k for selling recalled and lead tainted goods. Caveat Emptor folks.

The return Policy is store chedit w/in 10 days with reciept. I very common policy in most stores. I purchased somthing from best Buys ( a huge mistack) and when I wnet to return it, WITH the reciept, I was told it was past their return date and I cold not return it.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Mosby Center. I too, as other post have gotten electronics there and they work great. I'd heard that Calvin could be a bit grouchy - but it is all in how you treat folks. One of my purchases was a camera and I asked him questions, which he kindly answered - took the camera out and showed me it's features - etc. I asked about where to get an extra battery and he was actually had an extra one from a box that someone had stollen the camera and he said - Here take this extra battery. So yes, he is there to oversee his store, and if you go when it is crowded - yea, he may seem a bit grouchy - cause he "On the Watch" so that stuff isn't stolen. I'm actually planning on going there today.

Just went to Mosby's today for the first time. Really good prices with a simlpe, no nonsence staff. I found some good deals and can't wait to go back.

You people shouldn't judge Calvin I will say that I have been to the Mosby Center and know Calvin. A store owner has to set some limits. If he went around lowering the prices that were already lowered and gave into every little demand he would be out of business fast. Just because he acts this way or that way at times doesnt mean he is a bad man or a bussiness owner. He is a great guy and sometimes he might have a bad day or be stressed. Owning a store is a great responsiblity. There is a return policy it is on a sign by the register if you took the time to read you would no that. He is a fair person and doesn't take bull shit. Maybe he wont lower the price for you but its already been lowered. Just becuase you don't get your way doesn't mean he is a cranky old man. There are a lot of satisfied coustermers and if you are going to disrespect him then your bussiness is not needed.
I am not a hired person to say that. Because honestly Calvin wouldn't hire someone to do something like this because its not worth his time. He has a business to run and a family to take care of.
