If I go back to my country my cousins aunt uncle... Etc will laugh in front of me as they do already through the phone about my accent....... My American accent . I can't even speak the language of the country i was born in correctly!!

trips and walked on this beautiful land for 16 years and fell in love with it.( I'm crying as Im writing this . Not that you care)
My body may have been born in another "land" but my soul! Was created right in this country. I took the same steps as many young citizens took but when I reached my. 14 years of life! You can blame your parents for your predicament and ask them to figure out an answer to your problem. They got you into this mess, they need to take responsibility. It is wrong of you to expect anyone to forgive your illegal status because of their mistake.

My suggestion to you is to join the military or take an extended vacation to your country of origin and apply for legal entry. Then, and only then, will you be welcome. Hiding in the shadows is cowardly, not brave.

I think I will be an out cast when I go back to my birth country. I mean I've been here in thE US for almost 15 years! I have adopted the american ways . I've blame the canadians ( even though they didn't do anythingat at all) I've declared cold pizza "dinner" and I think I am starting to dislike muhamuds..... Okay those were jokes just so you know. I realize your choice is a hard one but it is your only choice. You said you were brave..what happened. At least you have a choice. People born in the United States who are without a job do not have the option of going to another country to look for a job. You can. If all of you would leave, there would be more jobs available for citizens who are out of work.

Turns out this "lawyer" was some guy governents from various countries were looking for for fraud and stealing peoples money and withholding money from the goverment . Our case

I'm sorry for your troubles but it doesn't change anything. If your parents had come here before 1982 they would have been given amnesty under Reagan. There was not to be anymore granting of amnesty. The door was to be shut. Instead, millions more crashed our borders thinking they, too, would be granted amnesty sometime down the line. NO.

Sorry but we can't go down that road again. What we learned from the Reagan fiasco was illegals take the granting of amnesty as an open invitation into our country. We have no choice but to take a hard stand to stop the influx of illegals as compassion is seen by illegals as a weakness. I can't think of any other way to keep illegals out. Can you??

By the way, no one is saying that your niece must stay in the United States. If your brother/sister is illegal their daughter should stay with them. Of course, that is their choice but I certainly wouldn't leave my daughter behind.
