There are already tens of thousands of people in prison for petty offenses who are no danger to society. We have more people incarcerated in this country as a percentage of population than anywhere else on the planet. Caging more humans is the LAST thing we should be considering.

actually, "pets" are euthanized because there are insufficient people to love them. Animals breed. It is what they are born to do. you have really distorted reality to make it fit your perception.
