The girls that were with him/them consented but they were only 13-14 ears old. And no, the parents of any of them won't slap the crap out of them because they don't give a crap.
The girl's are too fast for their young age due no parental guidance (one of the mother's would rather party than raise her kid) and the boys are a bunch of ghetto punks.

You state you lived there for 2 months! You should know what? It must of been the "class"of people you were hanging around for those few short months. I have lived across the Potomac in WV all my life and recently moved to Winchester. NEVER did I know or hear of ANY inbreeding going on. Crimes against women happen all over the world, no different here than there! Plain and simple, there are issues ALL over the USA and the rest of the world.
