So in 2006 my now ex husband and I went and got out taxes done at your local Arnold HR branch. The person that did our taxes messed up on the easiest little line item that is now costing me and my ex $674.00... When I called HR Block after receiving my CP2000, they researched and admitted fault. There preparer Mary didn’t correctly enter in all the information.$263.00 to do the taxes incorrectly and in the end costing me an additional 674.00 Nice hu! They so nicely offered to pay for the interest... but said the rest is up to me. She didn’t even seem sorry or apologetic. She just said well maybe you should pay the extra money for the "Peace of Mind" Are you flipping kidding me.... I am not paying 300.00 for a short form tax paper, just to cover YOUR employees butt... No wonder why they got audited. THEY ARE STUPID MORONS! So when 2008 tax season rolls around please avoid HR block. They are over priced and careless with your paper!
