Those are the facts,the Justice system we have in this country needs to step up to the plate period.
As far as I am concerned Sheriff Rupp wasn`t at fault in this,the parole boards are.
The Ninth court of appeals in San Francisco needs to get thier fat asses off the golf courses and start working.there is no reason for a condemned man to sit in a cell here in CA for 30 yrs waiting on an appeal.
We the people should demand that they have an appeal in two yrs max,after that carry out the death sentence. You human rights activist who are reading this, you can stick it up your butts.your the reason our cost of upkeep for condemned prisoners is so expensive.

The worst part of this is that law enforcement FAILED to do what they should have done. She could have been found long ago if they did what they were supposed to. Even the neighbor called about kids sleeping in the backyard in a shed, etc. The cops didn't even go to the backyard to check. Why didn't they? He was a convicted sex offender! The parole officer FAILED too. What is wrong with these people? They should hang their heads in shame!

This girl is going to have to deal with a lot of demons in her head for a long time. Her whole life was taken away from her when she was only 11 and she was kept away from normal society for so long that the adjustment isn't going to be easy. The system failed her. This creep and his wife need to be put away forever.

Garrido was paroled after serving only 11 years of a 50+ year kidnapping and rape sentence.

The kidnap vehicle should have been easily traced to convicted kidnapper Garrido and or his family.

Witness descriptions should have pointed to convicted kidnapper Garrido and his wife.

The GPS device attached to Garrido's ankle should have placed this convicted kidnapper at the kidnap scene.

Jaycee and or her children were, on many occasions, seen with and or around this convicted kidnapper and rapist.

Neighbors knew that registered sex offender Garrido was keeping children on his property. One or more neighbors even reported this fact to law enforcement officers.

Garrido's parole officer should have acted on the neighbors report of "children living in tents" behind this convicted kidnapper and register sex offender's house.

There is absolutely no valid reason for a convicted kidnapper/rapist (and lifetime parolee) to have had tents in his backyard. This would, in any other case, indicate illegal drug manufacturing or worse...

I do not think a rapist, kidnapper or child molester should ever be let free.
