Review: C's Towing

Caution, this tower damaged my car, refused to give me a recipt and refuses to accept any responibility for the damages HE caused to my car.

BEWARE of this LOW LIFE ripoff....HE thrives
on peoples misfortunes. NEVER use his service,
no matter HOW desperate you are. Sorry you were
robbed by this perverted jerk.

Did you take pictures of the damage? Were you able to get a picture which shows your car and the tow truck? There would be proof of who towed. Then a police report should be made since there was costly damage. Even without a picture if you make a police report, eventually there will be enough complaints to take to the District Attorney or perhaps the Attorney General.
Don't give up. If there has been other complaints, you may already have the proof you need. Most good attorneys will give you a free consultation. You don't necessarily need an attorney but you could educate yourself on what your rights are.
A letter to the editor of the Herald as well as the Stanwood Camano News might be a good idea too!

My husband had a medical emergency and passed out and went off the road into a ditch near Stanwood a couple of weeks ago The State Patrol called C'S and he was pulled out of the ditch for $192.00!!! No towing anywhere!!My husband was so sick ,tried to question the cost, but to no avail. What a rip-off!! I will be writing a letter to the Attorney General.

i used to work for larry and he is nothing but a con man,a few times he reminded me that he carrys a gun and is more then willing to use it. his trucks are in poor repair and has no issue jacking up a price on a tow. there was a few time he sent me on a call and told me the price to quote, 99% of the time it was more then the tow sould have been. i watched him one night ram a car with his truck that was in the impound lot so he could get to a trailer. He also likes to lie to out of stater's

I was coming down 300th St. N.W. one morning on my way to work and this guy was about 2'off my bumper tailgating me all the way. I was going the posted speed limit. Then one morning my family went to the Viking restaraunt for breakfast and he had his tow truck parked in the handicap parking spot. He's just plain inconsiderate!!!!
