Ex-Arlington Superintendent Montenegro to speak at NAACP banquet

Former schools Superintendent Hector Montenegro has agreed to speak about his personal growth and what he has learned in Arlington during the local NAACP chapter's annual fundraising banquet Nov.

What he has learned? Is this a joke, he learned he do illegal acts and get away with them. He can start a job because of greed leave it. Glad for his personal growth!
