If only I had read these many complaints before choosing to go to Dr. Livingstone for my chronic back pain, caused by several collapsed vertebra. What a total waste of time and money that year was! Because I missed an appointment, which I paid the extra fee for, I then became short on my anti-inflammatory. Even though I had an appointment in only THREE DAYS with Dr. Livingstone, his office nurse refused me a simple 3 day re-fill. I come from a very medically oriented family and was myself a nurse, so I know correct office procedure. When I heard the cold, un-caring tone coming from the other end of the phone, I told her to go ahead and cancel that appointment, as I would no longer be coming to their clinic, or recommending it to others. Well, here I am. Save your money and energy because there ARE doctors in the Mid-Cities area that are simply wonderful! Just keep looking for better comments than these.

I also use to work at Kaner Medical group..It use to be a good office until the Kutlers arrived, OMG after that the all jews broke loose...Talk about a Bipolar B!*@h that was Judith Kutler, you never new what kind of mood she would be in that day or if you would be her target, she would say something about your Hair, or why arnent you wearing makeup, and i even heard her say one person wasnt "FRONT OFFICE MATERIAL" and the patients loved this person who had been their FOREVER, go figure why would you even do that to YOUR empoyees that are their to do "YOU" a good job,you better look like a barbie doll to work up front. she would even yell at employees in front of patients know how classy is that? ill say she had no class at all, and that son of her Stephen Kutler was a joke, flirt with all the pretty young girls he was like a little boy playing games but you didnt see him get fired, and that husband of hers deffinatly no spine at all, we all knew who was running that show, if you were their to long or making too much money you were replaceable their was always somebody out their who needed a job and would work for less money, in my opinion thats all it is about to them people MONEY...no caring your like a heard of cattle, sorry just a little frustrated on how people can get away with treating other people like trash that have familys to support!!!

I was quite surprised to read the negative comments posted by several former employees of the kaner medical group as well as several former patients. In fact, the only positive comments I saw were directed at Dillion Matthew. While I can understand frustration, I would seriously question several of the comments. For the record, I am a patient of Dr. Livingstone and I consider him to be both a quality Physician and a quality man. My experience in limited to two visits a year, both for blood work as I am on high blood pressure and colesteral medication. Additionally, I get a physical every year. On those few occasions where I had to visit my PCP, I was glad Dr. Livingstone was there to help me. He is thorough and searches for the cause of a problem rather than practice shotgun medicine. I have no idea who the Kutler family is nor do I care. My reason for even going to see a physician is I want an accurate diagnosis of anything that may be affecting my overall good health. Dr. Livingstone in my opinion is an excellent diagnostician. As for the administrative staff, well, I agree there is a lot of room for improvement. I have had to wait 5 days on two different occations to get a prescription refill order. That is totally unreasonable. So, in effect, I am completely satisfied with the medical care I receive and continue to wish for the same level of competence from the administrative staff.

Wife and I have seen Dr. D. Livingston for the past 26 yrs. Daughter-In-Law said at our age (66) we might consider changing to an Internal Medicine Doctor. So we decided to change over to Elmer Smith. Stopped by Smiths office last week & filled out paper work to have our records transfored to Smith. Get letters in mail today from Kaner Medical that it will cost my wife and I $50.00 each to have our records transfered to Smith. Now you talk about "CHEAP".
AFTER 26 YEARS OF SEENING DR. LIVINGSTONE, THIS IS OUR REWARD.
I hope cheap ass Kaner enjoys reading our records every day because they can keep my damn records.

I'm a current pt at KMG and I don't recognize the negative comments. Apparently they changed for the best. The staff is great, the waiting time is excellent and it is the friendliest group I've ever ever encountered. I'm not a kid...I have chronic medical problems and get referrals with no problems. They no doubt had difficulties in the past but they get a AAA rating.

This Dr.s office would have better quality of help if they didnt fire everyone who cared, this place is only looking to make a buck! they only worry about over time and not the well being of the pt.s health care. in the 5 months that i worked there they fired 22 people. hell i make 23,. If you want a headache take your family to kaner medical group, if you want to not get returned phone calls and want to wait 2 + weeks for RX refills this is the place to go. the dr.s are awesome, i have nothing bad to say about them or dr kaner, only his admin.( the kutler family) staff and a person by the name of wendy O., dr. kaner would have an awesome office and caring staff members if he would take the whole kutler family out of the picture including wendy they are mean hateful tacky people who dont care aboutanything but the money that goes in their pockets.

I worked there 7 months and the comments about the Kutler family are all true. From Bipolar Judith to spineless Larry, to loud mouth Marine Steven and to the hypocrite Jaime. Performance, perfect attendance and job perfection has nothing to do with continued tenure. They have a nucleus of office puppets, who are the eyes and ears. They have cameras and hidden microphones to entrap their staff. I have been working Medicine in one fashion or another 30 years, and have never seen such a dog and pony show, this bunch is. I was fired for numerous "infractions" one of which was making racially derrogetory comments. Funny, I am in a mixed race marriage! Not the reason, just an excuse. When I was younger I made a mistake over 15 years ago and did time. three years after my release, as a non violent and non drug first time offender, I was granted a full restoration of my civil rights. They did a background check with NCIC and found the connection and fired me for lying on my application. Beware of KMG. If you can get by the staff, you CAN received great medical calre.

They are racist and very unprofessional people. It's only a matter of time before they get the biggest lawsuit of their life. I have never seen a company ran like this in my life. I hope Medicare, OIG, and etc pay them a visit soon.
