Intruder killed in Arlington break-in is identified

i think this shooting was by no means carried out the way the paper writes, nor the way the shooter reports. i think the police should investigate it closely and make sure they find the other person to hear his story.

The deceased was a Navy reservist whose job was Master-at-Arms (military police).

It is sad, that the world has come to this. I am pretty sure that maybe this person got caught up in the wrong crowd. He was a family man, a military man. Where is the help that the military is suppose to offer its troops that come back from certain areas of conflicts, to make this not happen? I don't understand it at all.

Hmmm. You should read the previous articles about this household. BailBondsman were there to retrieve one person. This wasn't a home invasion, it was an extraction that went horribly wrong. He was a cop too, in the Military!!!

sometimes it's not not always good to listen to what the press is saying. the press say a home invasion and just as i wasn't there neither were any of you...so i'm impressing it was a murder gone bad...do you believe me or the press or the fact he was found dead inside the house...believe half you see and nothing you hear.

I am still very disapointed with the way all of this "reporting" and "news coverage" cae out about this.

Alot of times we look at the news and its like we are always so quick to judge. To many people he has been convicted and received just what he deserved. Forunately, I knew him personally and he was neither a thief nor did he live a life of crime so this was not to be his fate.

There are so many unanswered questions to this case and it seems like between the police and the "witnesses" it is going to stay that way. Answer me this, how does someone who is trained to kill become the only one brutally mudered? How ironic is that?

How does a man so logical loose that one day? Have in mind there were no traces of alcohol or drugs in his system.

Since this has happened I have personally been to the "crime scene" and my common scense shows me flaws in the witnesses account of events. like, they say they were outside and he, along with an acomplice, rushed them outside and forced them into the house. This could be true if it were the first house on the block, but its not. They would have had to run across the first yard, which is not small, and then across the second yard because the drive way is located on the opposite end.
Me personally, if I am outside and see to "masked" men running in my direction I'm hauling my ass in the house and calling. Maybe thats just me.

Again, I was not there and I don't know the reason for him being there. What I do know is that he was a loving and caring husband, father, son, and brother and I am positive this was murder and I hope the TRUE assailants are caught

did it ever occur to you maybe the jails are filled with minorities because they are the ones committing the crimes?
to read you think police are targeting minorities in a city that is almost all minorities is really silly of you !
