Ok, isn't it possible that the pics are the same thing - chemical vat lids?

I would say yes, possible but not likely. I believe they would have not loaded it/them to be top heavy as this is, they would have been loaded with the wide part down. The shape indicates if it was not an F-35 it would more likely be some kind of tank or hopper. Also, they would not have needed a military escort, or even a police escort, that is if there were in fact military or police escorting them. If you look at the link I posted to the Lockheed Martin press release the F-35 shrouded in the tarp corresponds better to the shape of the object on the truck.

Does anyone happen to know anything about loud booming noises and flashes of light last night? It was around 12-1AM, and I don't think it was thunder.
I heard those booms in north Hurst. I thought it sounded like big fireworks booms or canon fire. It must have been very loud in Arlington if we could hear it 15 miles away where I live. I did not see any flashing though, at least none that I remember. The booming was not real consistent but had a pattern to it.

It was a UFO that crash into a dollar store. The new Jarvic-7 with Hyper Warp Drive came out about the same time the 2010 Camaro showed up.

I heard this last night too! Woke me up at about 1140 and lasted until well after midnight. It sounded like an airfight or bombing. I didn't see the lights.

We also heard these last night, we're in central Arlington near UTA. It was off and on for about 3 hours. Not sure if it's the same types of noises that people were hearing back in August, but definitely not fireworks considering how long it lasted...

MAYBE IT WAS THIS? it ended at midnight....could be the finale?
Anyone live NEXT to Stadium could attest to this?
'Festival of Lights' coming to Cowboys Stadium on Sunday
The DFW Indian Cultural Society moves its annual Diwali celebration this year from Irving's Texas Stadium to Arlington's Cowboys Stadium. The Hindu "Festival of Lights" will be from 4 p.m. to midnight Sunday.
Diwali celebrates the joyous homecoming of Lord Rama, hero of the epic poem the Ramayana. Lord Rama and wife Sita returned home along a path lit with small oil lamps called diyes. In India during Diwali, these lamps shine in rows along homes and temples adorning windowsills, staircases and parapets. Colorful candles are lit alongside the diyes, and fireworks often light up the skies.
The festivities in Texas will include fireworks,, elephant and camel rides, cultural displays, children's activities and more. Admission is $8 in advance or $10 at the door. Children 10 and younger get in free, and there is no charge for parking. Visit www.dfwdiwalimela.com .

I actually heard it around 9pm when I was in my backyard, and then again around 11:30 or so. We usually hear fireworks from the ballpark, but they never seem to last this long, that's why it seemed a little out of the ordinary. Could've been from the Cowboys stadium though.

I called the stadium and they said it was them. It was rather odd though! My wife and I were sure we would wake up and see a giant ufo floating in the sky. Nope, didnt happen and still had to go to work.

I know how you feel! I would almost welcome a UFO if I could get out of going to work on a Monday morning. Better luck next time!
