It doesnt always come down to the parents, not everytime its often, but sometimes the kid is just plain ol' naive they don't realize what they are doing is wrong they think its "COOL".
What about the schools?
shouldn't they take part of the blame for allowing this go on in the system without offering much more than an in school session with the counselor, and when that doesnt work just kicking everyone out? Shouldnt they offer more?
Back to the parents sometimes these poor poor parents cannot control their kid for whatever reason then they give up thats when the parents should be blamed, who gives up on their flesh and blood? i wouldnt ever!!
