Skydiver hurt in Orleans County

why would anyone be skydiving at 10 at night?!?!?!

To the uninformed like omg I can understand the reaction. Night jumps are not as common as during the day but are done safely the majority of the time. She was hurt because she did not flare {put or her breaks} in time during her landing.This could happen in broad day light also.
