Did anyone ask if he was wearing a seat belt? Why is the driver of this "vehicle" not being berated by the police and MC for not wearing a seat belt? Hypocrisy?

Maybe he was trying out to replace Ryan Dunn on a new episode of "Jackass"! There just aren't enough cool,legal,fun things for the young people in the valley to do..there are more incidents like this to come...summer just began. It's a shame and I hope he makes it and gets through all the legal stuff to follow too.

Why was he driving a go cart in Center City anyway? This is the TOTAL lack of respect for the laws of the Community. Call me what you want, I dont care. Black,White,Spanish etc... Got what he deserved. Lucky he is not dead. The poor driver is gonna probably get sued. I used to be sympathetic to people who lived down town. NOT ANYMORE, not since a whole group of people in there middle ages walked right in front of my truck. I swerved and beeped and they gave me the finger and just started yelling. Next time maybe ill just forget to swerve!!!

I knew it was about to happen , This young adult drives up and down Jordan St as well on motorcycles,go carts, 4 wheelers . zipping through all intersections all ours of the day or eve, Unfortunatly it was about to catch up with him. I enjoy riding all the aboue as well but its not legal in the city .

They closed the street to reconstruct the accident.. Hmmm..1st. is this a licensed vehicle ? no... why close the street for the obvious ? Half the vehicles in allentown are register nor do they carry insurance..

If you want to have fun they have go kart tracks built so stuff like this dont happen.i see it all the time kids flying out of alleys on bikes and scooters. in allentown,not looking before crossing the street .its a shame but maybe it will open up ppls eyes that do these kinda things
