Argyle Observer wrote: (see posts 1-82) I rest my case. With nothing better to do, the parents of Argyle students have ruined the reputation of an entire district. Good luck getting well qualified applicants to even consider working for you (especially at the paltry sum your district now offers). Here's an idea: get a life. Question: Do you think YOUR parents even knew the name of the district superintendent? Question: Did YOUR parents ever contact the teacher to give him/her grief? Question: Did YOUR parents have better things to do than meddle in your education? Question: If the technology were available, would YOUR parents have spent any amount of time adding to the nonsense that appears on this post? Parents of Argyle students are flat out-of-control, and, as I mentioned in one of the earliest posts, well-informed teachers know to stay away from districts whose parents are "out-of-control." Get a life other than your son's or daughter's. By so doing, you'll be doing them and us all a big favor. People love and care about their kids that is why they get involved in their lives not to relive another childhood, that is parenting! You get involved in your childs life because you want to guide them to be successful human beings. If you are not involved in your kids lives then they turn out to be degenerates. Through all the turmoil applicates are still contacting Argyle. I am certain they are rational and intelligent people that want to work for a great district prior to the Ceyanes cloud of disaster. I think Ceyanes would have eventually demanded the school names all be changed to Ceyanes ISD if he had his way. He wanted to control and manipulate everyone, and the people spoke load and clear to stop him and to stop the insanity. What about Ceyanes puppet Russel Ammons, who he completely manipulated. Do you think for a minute Ceyanes will back Ammons, no way, he was just his puppet. The people need to take their 5 minutes and request the resignation of Mr. Ammons. His actions of helping Ceyanes from the inside will cost the district twice as much money.

Argyle Is A Great Place wrote: CEYANES or whatever: I do not care how you spell his last name. That is not important and I could less. The fact of the matter is he is a great superintendent. Are you jealous? Do you envy Dr. CEYANES? Perhaps, he has achieved more in life than you have and that upsets you. Get Over it!!!!!!!!!! There is a goat ranch in West Texas that you can manage. Name his accomplishments. What exactly has he achieved? Anything solidly intelligent to benefit the world or to benefit himself? Jumping jobs is job instability and a red flag to any professional HR person. Why would anyone be jealous of someone who cannot hold onto a job longer than 2 years. Does he move around so much because he running from disaster to disaster that he solely created? Does he listen to advice of others or do everything his way or highway no matter what? It's his way or the highway, never listening to other advisment!

Advisment? What the heck is that? I hope your not the one guiding your kids to be successful spellers. Perhaps you should leave that job (and others) to the professionals at Argyle ISD.
