You may want to do some research on the criminal history of the bank in Mankato which raised some government eyebrows.

This is the bank that provided 100% land financing and offered builders spec financing that allowed them to roll all of the payments into the loan. And why did they go under again ??$100,000,000 COST TO THE TAXPAYERS
