I was almost making that much before I graduated college. How do people support a family on that?

I am sorry it takes 3 years to make it to $23.

Myself, I would be happy with $23 sometime soon.

The union is NOTHING more than a brotherhood of MEDIOCRITY!

And the last time the UAW was at the SUBARU plant in the late 1990's they were shut out.

If you really want to get paid more than 20 dollars an hour, then get off your butt and get a four year degree.
