Just to let you know, Dr. Harry Y. Greeley, whose obituary you printed, was also a close friend of your former editor, Mr. Kirkpatrick. They were both born in Arenzville and attended high school together. They often played golf together in later years and vacationed in Palm Desert together after Harry retired. Dr. Greeley attended Mr. Kirkpatrick's private funeral, and they will and they are now buried within a few yards of each other near Waterman, Illinois.
