cargill is just one huge place to cheat on ur gf or bf, wife and or husband.. happens every day out there. and from what ive heard its way worse than watchin a soap opera

All i half to say is your right. That place has destroyed alot of marriges and relationships over the years. But truthfully i blame the people cheating not the job site. If people cant respect and cheerish the wedding vows they made then they shouldnt be married at all. If people want to know what love really is then they should read their bible. Love is patient true kind not bostful or envious. Love is holy and pure. And yes i practice what i preach! God bless.

I've worked there 8+ years, It is NOT Cargill's responsibility to control or dictate the personal, private lives of it's employees. That is personal responsibility, and values. It's certainly not Cargill's fault if people have poor morals, poor values or poor work ethics.
And with 1800+ hourly production employees from more than 30 countries and all over the USA, we have many different backgrounds, values and ethics, add in all the hourly management, salaried and contractor employees that work there, we have our own 'town' and like any town of over 2000 population, there are problems and issues.
So, calling people sluts here will not change that, and from my viewpoint, there are as many men who sleep around as there are women, or to be honest, a lot more men who would be if they could find willing women.
Maybe some people need to tend to their personal lives and not add to the gossip and slander going on.
