Review: Dependable Credit Corp

This company practices extremely unfair debt collection practices. Making idle threats for payments that may be less than a week late. Their interest rates are astronomical and raise them with out contacting you. The customer service is horrible. I know they extend credit to those that may not otherwise get it but you will REGRET IT. Find another company

I have applied for a credit yesterday et get approved.But I may not be able to continue my credit application....I will request a cancellation of my credit aplication..

F*** THIS COMPANY!!! RIP OFF MOTHERF***ERS!!! But little do they know I ripped them off right back with insurance fraud and got a couple thousand off them =] F*** dependable credit dont go with them.

WARNING: If you already have a car loan with dependable credit and you have full coverage insurance, your best option is to just crash into a wall at 70mph and total the car and collect now, because they are going to rob you bad !

i would like to know wich other company beside that treat you better.. or you get approved the i can go

All of this that people are saying here is exactly TRUE! My car was towed because of tickets. They are supposed to be getting the car and letting me know what the charges are. Two weeks went by already that I'll have to pay them when they finally get the car. They keep telling me that they are doing their best! But like the guy said. I was two days over the grace period and I had to beg the receptionist(Who talks like she's the damn loan giver" to not come get my car! I had to scramble for the damn money! so just like the ginger bread man....run run as fast as you can! Away from dependable credit!

Dependable Credit, just like any other lender, after the loan is given we have no other relationship with the borrower other then that of communication. Like a Husband & Wife, if the communicating stop, the divorce begins.
We work with all our customers, provided we can communicate. A contract binds both parties, the lender to lend the money and the borrower to repay the loan based upon terms agreed to by both.
Dependable has never reneged on its responsibility!!
We have financed over ten thousand cars and the overwhelming majority of our customers have nothing but praise for our company and its employees.

first n for most I would like to say thank u dependablecreditcorp for being there for me when I needed help.I needed a car n no one would help dependablecreditcorp step up n gave me a chance due to them this is my last payment any prombles I had all I had to do was call them n they looked n to da situation n solved it n called me back. I also want to send special tha.nks to mr.jeff cooper who is god sent a very special man thank u jesus for mr jeff cooper.

I would not recommend this company for anyone they have hidden interest they are not willing to work with as they stated they are. They make idle threats after 5 days past due and simply I regret dealing with a company that conducts business this way so like the fellow person stated run far away from Christina and her goons.

Dont ever get a loan from dependable.Its nothing but a big nightmare. You will be cryng from day one. Do yourself a big favor, DONT DO IT.

I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have been receiving from Christina and her staff. When I asked to speak to her (Christina) boss, I was sent to one voice mail after another. Unprofessional is a step up from the conversations that I have been having with the ladies who are running this office. I was told the owner of the companys name is "John.." so John if your rading this...you really need to come out of your office and evaluate the way Christina, Andrea and the rest of the women in your call center are representing your company!, or better yet, call in annonomously as a customer...I think that you would be appauled at what you hear and see. All of these people cannot be wrong...Take back your company John, and reinstate the pride of service that you had when you dreamed of having your own business, and the standard you held yourself to when you finally got it!!!

Dependable Credit is definitely one of the most unprofessionally ran companies i have ever dealt with. After i lost my job Christina called me threatening to take my car and i was only a week late. It seemed like she became even more disrespectful after i had explained the reason why i was late its like they are just heartless. Dependable Credit, you really need to make some changes in house or do have a customer service training class for your staff or else you are going to lose a lot of business behind this!!!

If you read the contract before signing them and take care to understand what it is you are getting into, there is no need to whine about how you got "ripped off". It is a business and they delivered what was in the contract. If you lose your job and can not pay, don't hide from creditors. Those people who was "harrased" as they put it must be because they tried to hide from Dependable Credit hoping the problem will just go away. Well it doesn't and you shouldn't blame the company if they go after you.

I must say: I have had a loan from Dependable Credit Corp since December of 2008. I have NEVER had a problem with the company nor it's employees. They're really well-spoken and very professional. One employee that REALLY stands out is Jeff Cooper. He is the greatest and goes beyond his duties to accommodate you if you encounter any problems. He works with you and is very knowledgeable! Though all employees are respectful, I like to deal with Jeff Cooper. He should get an award or, better yet, a BONUS for being the way he is. He keeps companies like this in business. Thanks for everything, Jeff... P.S. Just keep it "real" with them. If you can't make a payment or are late, don't hide and ignore the phone calls. Your problem will not just vanish. Face it! If you're not making payments, you're in breach of contract. Business is business. And you SIGNED to get your vehicle. It was YOUR promise to pay back with interest. If I can't make a payment, a repo is to be expected. Simple. So quit bad-mouthing the company when, in reality, you're the one to blame!

I have never had a problem with dependable credit at all had them from 2008 til 2009 no problems I will use them again when I buy my new car
