Arcata Main Street is partnering with Humboldt State University to offer a business community segment for the 2009 Campus Dialogue on Race Thursday evening.

They want to force 50% or less white work force in all government employment. So the other 50% or more can be filled by people of color. EVEN if they are incompitent.

anyone who has seen one of HSU's so-called "dialogues on race" knows how quickly they devolve into yelling matches. turns out the same every time, but that doesn't stop them.

I was in Target yesterday, and they were apparently showing around some 'new hires'. They were all Mexicans...I know there's Mexicans who need work, but there's plenty of Whites in this area that needs it to. I'd have expected to see more of a balanced group.

Inclusion in the work place? How dare those business owners hire quilified people only. Are we talking quotas or what? How about a dialogue about Black on White crime. Or is that to heavy for the hsu crowd!

Dialog on Black and White Crime?? We had a nice chat about "Rising Antisemitism and Holocaust Denial" this afternoon. Everyone spoke well from their positions, and several interesting points were made.
Sure, lets try to Black on White crime issue. I noticed that rape in Humboldt County is 2.3 time the National average up here. Now who is raping who?? Inquiring minds would like to know. |

Pushing tolerance down everyone's throat only serves to make people less inclined to embrace tolerance. How about everyone just stop being so notoriously thin skinned, relearn how to take a joke, calm the "f" down, and stop being professional whiners about EVERY single issue on earth. Oh, for the good old days when people just took it on the chin and kept on going.

Speaking of tolerance, Daryl Steinberg (dem.) added a 10 million dollar "tolerance" center building to be constructed in Sacramento into the big state water bill voted on in the State Assembly on Tuesday. Typical democrat adding p.c. pork and waste projects into different bills. We can't afford it, were almost broke now.

We needed some ethnic minority to scrub the toilets at HSU. The negros can't because they rip off the toilets and sinks.
