we seen this one coming he did it to his own nieces when they where younger and faimily didnt do anything about it

it is a family trait. Check records in Pennsylvania. Brother Fred arrested in early 1980's for similar charges. Brother now serving 7-14 years.

you think this is mean... hiding this problem for years and allowing other children to be put through this is mean...face the facts...the truth should have been made known about Bill years ago!
