We're trying to move out closer to the lake and are wanting 1-3 acres to put a real house on. We had a lot we were buying on Keg Creek Dr but it didn't perk, hence no septic system can be put on the property. This is the wrong time of year to be looking for land. Does anyone know of anything? We're locked in on our mortgage rate for only 2 more weeks.

I've already called every realtor in town. So far the only lots I've found are on Keg Pointe Dr and they have restrictions on the size and style house you can build. We're building a nice house but it doesn't qualify for that area.
