1). How would you know?
2). Why are you suggesting that they are ALL corrupt? Your statement asks for the "most corrupt" implying that each one of them is corrupt.
Care to provide your name for a liable lawsuit?

Care to provide your name for a liable lawsuit? No, I didn't mean to ruffle any feathers. I'm asking for opinions, which is why I (unlike other polls) included names of people I personally think Have done great things for Antioch along with people I think have done a disservice to Antioch. I did not vote myself, though I know which person I would vote for. I listed the same people on antoher poll as to who has Antioch's best interest at heart. I also did not vote on it, though I certainly know which person I would vote for. I am sick of the hypocracy that exsists in Antioch, especially with the so called OLD TIMERS and certainly with the good ol boys.

Take out the word "most" and your poll is quite acceptable. As it is written, it is inflammatory.

Like I said, my intention was not to be inflammatory, only non biased, which is why I included everyone who I consider a major player in Antioch politics, even the people whom I hold in high esteem.

I understand. But I also feel sorry for some of the people on this poll. Hard workers, trying to do the right thing, spending thankless hours trying to serve the citizens of this burg, giving up time from their work and families, being attacked by orchestrated mobs at meetings for the first six months of the (new Trustees) tenure, and now they get to be the subject of a poll about whether their lack or morals and ethics is more or lass than the next guy or woman. Ouch. Wow! Why would ANYONE in their right mind run for office? Who needs these insults? Not me. I wouldn't touch an elected position with a 10 foot pole. And it is because of stuff like this poll and the Crap the new guys have been through.

To your credit, however, you at least left off "All of the above" as an option. That would have been even worse.

Let them post what they want and if you don't want to, don't read it. I agreed with the most part but let it be. This post was meant for people to express themselves and they did just that. I the village officials don't like it, maybe a little time for reflection would be in order. They haven't exactly given anyone reason to believe they are running our town well. As to the corrupt part, I didn't post it but do believe that in the past, some have taken great advantage of us and our town. As to the most, that would require me knowing all examples and I don't.

I do not know who Francis is, and my comments stand. Polls like this cast aspersions on everyone. As far as the town not running as it should, I agree, but that does not mean that all of them are corrupt. It doesn't even mean that all of them have not done a good job. If you are one of six votes (7 if you count the Mayor's tie breaking vote) and the majority of your fellow elected officials decide to go some other direction, like hiring the law firm we have now, your ability to fix things is not what it should be. I know more than what is reported in the papers, because I actually try to go to meetings when I can. I am proud of some of the people on the Board. I am not proud of people who bend laws, claim ignorance, flaunt their power, organize demonstrations, and otherwise try to impose their will on the citizens of this town. And as for the law firm, why aren't they on the list too?
