There is no question there are a lot of criminal blacks but that is what happens when you have the volume of cheap housing we have and this city council loves signing off on low income apartments. These are people who don't pay for the city services. they use white or black...

We live in a world where people are scared to say something no matter what the circumstances are because they do not want to be labeled as politically incorrect. I am so sick and tired of that BS. I say call it what it is!

The real problem with Antioch's crime, neglected neighborhoods and poor quality of life is all the ghetto black people here! Now before you go off on some "politically incorrect" statement, consider the correlation between the increase of blacks and rise in crime. Before you go off in saying some off the wall skewed augmentation of this fact, look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are black. If you are then consider how many relatives you have that are criminals.

I'm not saying all black people in Antioch are responsible for our poor quality of life. Of course the criminal is not the nice old black lady that lives next door, nor is it the black lady that holds a professional job in Nursing that lives across the street. It is their teenaged kids and or their neices, nephews and cousins who are committing all the crime (burglaries, robberies, assaults) in our city.

Call it what you want. I have the facts the prove it. Want to see it for yourself? Go online and listen to the Antioch police scanner. I guarantee you that 90% of the reports will involve a BM. What is a BM? It stands for Black Male. Before you go off about how innocent black people in Antioch are, take the challenge to listen to the police scanner for at least 2-3 Friday and Saturday nights. The facts are clearly there.

Again, I will admit not all black people are criminals, but pay attention to your so called "good black neighbors" and see who else comes into their home. You will find that their teenage kids or kid's friends and other relatives are the hoodlums.

These are the hoodlums that feel like they have somethign to prove to their friends that they are a man by robbing and burglarizing the innocent hard working homeowners of Antioch. This is more evident since many of them do not have a father figure that truly knows how to be man and raise their kids to become one.

I.E: Deshawn and Darnell want the new iPhone. Mom can't afford it because she didn't go to school so she has a dead end job and they are living off the gubmint section 8 hand out. Her low income salary is only enough to pay for her "sail foam", which by all means, is a necessity in her life. Although they live in a beautiful 6 bedroom house paid for by our tax dollars, Deshawn and Darnell want more. Deep down they are upset because their daddy left them before they could walk. So what to they do? Commit a robbery and or assault on the kids that have caring hard working parents. If they can't find one walking outside, then burglarize the home they live in.

This will only increase as our home values diminish and more blacks move here due to affordability.

I think it's a lot of parents not parenting , theses crimes are by alot of younger kids left alone, or unloved , parents are to busy, to watch or teach values to there kids , don't put blame on pd, maybe if your kid get in trouble the parent and child should do time

But this slows and puts a dent in murder rates we have had here in Antioch . Lets start looking out for each other no matter what race we are. Times have changed but we can still save this city . Grow a pair of nuts and open your eyes. I have a question for you. How many homicides have taken place in Antioch for 2012? Of those homicides, how many were committed by a white individual? How many were committed by a black individual? It is not racist for a human being to see with his eyes a clear pattern and call it what it is. A certain culture is heading the bulk of violence in a community and the people simply see the facts right in front of them. Black males are clearly leading the charge here, Toni. I grew up there and now live in Colorado. If you had a right to at least carry a firearm in your vehicles there the criminals would learn real fast that folks at random carry. Crime would not go away but it would go down, promise. Laws in CA enable all this to become it's worst. ANTI GUN LAWS, SECTION 8 invitations decided by your local governments, handouts, entitlement mentalities inside your local governments, clear down to city government officials.
