No one was kept hostage at all. That was proven in court. Sounds like the husband of the accuser is the one who keeps hollering about people being held hostage. If McCarver was being held hostage, then why did he not tell someone before he got back in good with the husband of the accuser. He had all good things to say about Mr. Lesher until the accuser's husband got hold of him. You are a pathological liar. Simple as that.

Jerry had custody of his daughter and she was out front in the truck and Jerry was afraid he would loose her or their would have been a different outcome.
All Jerry wanted to do was beat Leshers to a pulp.
What would you do if "SCUM' like Lesher was spreading roomers about your daughter?
