Though from the Southern Maryland area I am a new resident to Annapolis specifically. A few friends and I want to spend Halloween in the West Street/Downtown Annapolis area. We have never spent the holiday in that area and I just wanted to ask a few questions before we head down there.
First, what bars have a good Halloween party the night of Halloween? Second, if we show up in our costumes ready to drink some and have a fun night are we going to seem out of place (specifically in costumes? Those are the two main questions we have for the night. If you want to add any other information you think we should know please let us know!
