They repaired anything broken very quickly. They are tough with late payment for rent. Rita's a pistol and works hard to find rents in your price range. Someone has to manage low income rents.

ok- not ok 07- you are in the minority....rita (rochelle) makes crazy accusations about tenants, find endless excuses to not fix things (remember the article where the tenant couldn't get things fixed because Ron and Rochelle were afraid of their little dog?!?!?), and are absolutely admonished in the city. Anybody that truthfully has anything positive to say about them is probably them masquerading as people on this forum. I do agree with anonymous, too bad their daughter who works at Champion Realty (Alice) doesn't run their business for them...she is smokin'

OMG, I gave them 1000 dlls. deposit for a small studio, is that true they won`t give me back my deposit even if leave the studio in the conditions that was when i started my lease? I am so nervous about, cause someone told me that!!!

I had a very positive experience renting from King Properties in Annapolis Maryland. They shoed me many properties to choose from that are in walking distance to the U.S. Naval Academy, St. Johns College, the Maryland State House and even the City Dock. I had no problem getting my security deposit returned, however, I did not leave the property with any damage and I also did not break my lease and didn't violate any of the rules of the lease. This was a very fair company. They even allowed me to choose if I would like a long or short lease. They were fair with me and because of that I kept the apartment clean. I definitely recommend to rent from this company!

Beware of any comments from people claiming that King Properties is great....they are likely coming from people related to King Properties or King Properties themselves....the oldest daughter of Ron Hollander lives in Miami Beach (she probably wrote last review...)- just google Ron Hollander and see that he is lawsuits all the time (even his neighbor sued him because of a dispute regarding a pier next to his house!). Be extremely leery about renting from this company, it will NOT be a pleasant experience...just ask around Annapolis, dont take my word for it!
