Stillwater: The stage has arrived, so Lumberjack Days can begin

Lumberjack Days organizer Dave Eckberg was able to check one important item off his "to do" list Tuesday: The barge that serves as the festival's floating stage arrived about noon at Lowell Park in downtown Stillwater.

think anderson used his friends on the council { so called mayor} to push huninghake out, so he has a place for more over-sized eyesores, i would say its obvious he did

Of course they didn't say how much it costs now to move the barge, Tom used to do it for free.
