Dairy Queen

these are the rudest people i have ever come in contact with. a bunch of snobby little teenage girls acting like they're to good to serve you. i was told by an employee that they work front just as eye candy .also the day cook kevin gets pissed off when people order actual food. so make sure you check your food .

they only hire snobby ass btches anyway. Usually the ones that think they have it all and dont have shit

Hey I'll admit they have snotty ass bitches working there, just up front for eye candy. But as far as Kevin doing anything to the food, you all have some bad information there. he may not like his job, but it's fast food and who wouldn't hate to work it, he has a family and must support them so he does the job. Most people don't get the work it takes to sit back and serve others all the time to have to always have a smile on your face no matter how much you are in pain or what else is going on. Try it sometime you probably wouldn't be to happy either. The Lences run a good restaurant, don't blame Dairy Queen for snotty anna teenagers.

You think everybody likes their job? You ever worked in a factory or any manual labor? Try working a real job for a while and you might change your mind.

I didn't say everyone liked their jobs. Me of all people perfectly understands shitty jobs and the stress that comes with having to suffer through them. All I was saying was that even though he may not like his job in the least bit, he still does the job being asked of him without incident. You don't have to tell be to try working another horrible job, I have worked them serving the public in your gas stations and bars to recycling plants and factory lines. Don't go thinking I'm coming from some uppity I don't know what I'm talking about position, hell I've worked at the very Dairy Queen with same people that are being talked about!

my mom works there.and she was told not to let her family come in so they wouldnt have to cook.she could only eat there after second shift came in.

just for your information we hire anybody that is willing to work and appearance does matter we like our employees to be clean and neat. If you are not satisfied with the service please without hestitation contact the store and tell the manager on duty. We want to better our service anyway we can and if we do not know what is going on we can't help the situation. As for the back employees we watch what goes out if someone doesnt like their job they can leave at anytime.

Dairy Queen is by far the cleaniest resturant in Anna. Pizza Hut, Hardees, and KFC are extremely dirty and so are their workers.

I can tell you from my personal experience that DQ, is one of my favorite places to go,, when I go in, i'm welcomed like family.. maybe because I am related to a few of the workers, :)... Anyway, I have never had a bad experience, my fries are always fresh, and I can't say that about some of the other restraunts in town, i've gotten cold, limp, soggy fries from McDonalds, at least when I go to DQ, I know that I am getting my money's worth..

I agree DQ does hire the high school bitches! I know from personal experience, I once was on the inside and know what goes on. I HATED it there, they all act like they are better than everybody else. DQ isn't a real job, let them work anywhere else and they will have their asses handed to them.

Im just curious "you dont need to know" where do you work? because your comment sounds a little immature and i'm thinking your problem is with the young ladies that work at DQ because of outside occurances, and not actually with Dairy Queen itself.

Well sounds to me that a few of u are very jealous of the staff or owners of Dairy Queen? As usual small town small minds! Were u never a teenager looking for a job? The owners would not have to hire the "kids" but they do give them a chance! And That is definitaly commendable! I have lived in Anna all my life and I can assure u the Anna DQ owners take it very serious hiring their employs. The owners are there at random times checking on them! I eat there alot never have I been rudely treated or have had bad service! So get off yur soap box-we are lucky to have Dairy Queen in Anna!!~!

will u people let diary queen alone.there is restruants in town that have more problems then the pretty girls. what about the ones that have the nasty creasy help?

Ok for one, I would like to see any of you "haters" go work there and deal with the kind of stuck up people that come in. You have to deal with jerks and all kinds of people I've seen from personal experience the kind of people that those girls have to serve, and yet every one of them does it with a smile. They have high standards because they are a clean restaurant and have very high expectations which is a good thing. Those girls keep their heads held high no matter how bad the day is they are always polite, and I suppose if you do not like it don't go there no one is forcing anyone to eat there, but it is definately by far the cleanest and nicest restaurant in anna. The owners are very nice and they always want their customers happy, so to keep them happy they need good workers, which includes hard working. Not someone who is sloppy and does not take care of themselves or someone who is lazy. People need to learn that one visit to a Dairy Queen does make an impression but a visit to the Anna DQ will be a pleasant one everytime.

I can tell you from personal experience and from being an employee of Dairy Queen in Anna some years back, that the Lences are very well known, respectable people in the community. They would NOT tolerate this type of behavior from their employees. Have you thought that perhaps it is the behavior itself after the owner leaves. I know of at least 5 of the employees and I believe they are nice young girls. The behavior is monitored and can be seen at all times. Like the owner said above, CALL and let them know what is going on. This is a local owned business, how many of our restaurants are locally owned, let them know how to make their business better. How else do you think our local businesses survive.

I think burger king is one of the best kept places employess even wash there hands right there where you can see. I've never seen anyone else wash theres.

Dairy Queen MUST get rid of the two older ladies that work there.But i have watched one of the ladies argue with the younger girls as if she were a child herself. The other day i went in on my lunch break and one of their husbands came in and she stood and talked to him for fifteen minutes while the other girls were running around like crazy. The Lence's don't need to worry about their young girls wearing their pants too tight, it's the 2 middle aged ladies that are wearing the tightest pants i have ever seen. They never smile and are often harsh and hateful, i wait in the longer line to avoid being waited on by them.
