Casey's faces more OT violations

It is common practice for Casey's to look the other way when managers refuse to answer their phone and expect assistant managers to take care of store problems even though they are "not on the clock".
When I mention that I have not recieved workmans comp for several weeks that I was off...manager replies "it's not my problem" (doubt that I will see the workmans comp)
If a worker complains there are hundreds of ways the manager can retaliate with out getting their hands dirty.
Here are a few that I have seen:
1. Get one of your brothers to go behind the counter and grope the worker. If she complains tell her he was "only kidding"
2. Have a relative ask the worker her bra size.(He's going to Victoria's Secret and wants to buy her something)
3. Have your creepy relative go to employee only areas such as back room and in coolers to startle worker with sexual suggestions.
4. Have your creepy relative make comments about certain areas of the employees anatomy every time they visit Casey's
5. Allow your creepy relatives to go in employee areas to look up employee phone numbers so they can continue to harass them.
6. Have your creepy relatives (brother,cousin,nephew, boyfriend....)corner the employee and make sexual suggestions
7. Have your creepy relatives order 20 pizzas a few minutes before the kitchen shuts down then after the employee starts making the pizzas have them call back and say it is a joke. This works best if the manager behind this "joke" tells the employee that they need to hurry and get their job done because they can't be paid overtime and continues to complain "after" the so called joke that their own family is behind.
My complaints are always brushed off and nothing is ever done and my nerves are shot. Unfortunatly I need my job to support my family. I never know from day to day when one of my boss's relatives will grope me or harrass me. The beauty of it all is that it isn't my boss performing the harassment it's their family so they are considered customers and nothing can be or will be done.
Thanks for letting me vent.

Get it on film and sue, period, make them pay dearly for personal space intrusion. Get proof get a labor lawyer.
