My friend a black woman in her mid seventies,who was raised in the town of Aguilla, Mississippi, remembers that as a young girl she was given shots, on more than one occasion, by the local government.
She was never told what the shots were for. Does anyone have a memory of this or any information regarding these shots. She would like to know what they were for.
