I saw that, too. Reporters should continue to grill Vitter about his infidelity because he campaigned -- and many voted for him -- on the belief that he was a "family man."
He paraded his family on a campaign bus tour from town to town; he put his wife and kids in his commercials -- all lies.
Vitter is a joke in Washington -- it is beyond me why people here continue to elect him.
And he continues to be defiant about it all!?

The people need to take the process back.

Congress needs to sign a bill into law that does away with PACs, Super PACs and Corporate contributions.

American citizens should beable to donate only up to $100/each. This should limit the number of stupid commercials.

All comments about the candidates must be investigated by a neutral source for truthfullness, POLITIFACT, before it is given to the media (all media including the internet).

David Vitter needs to Go!!!

He has been an embarrassment to the good people of Louisiana long enough.

I would also be in favor of having him investigated.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not condoning Vitters actions, but for heaven's sake, all politicians have these types of issues. We currently have a self-proclaimed "Christian" with a Muslim name running our country. He has ties to a terrorist, acorn, and many other questionable dealings & associations, yet you're concerned with someone's personal, private sex life? Lots of people, including most of the posters on this site have probably, lied, cheated on someone, or have some type of embarassing skeleton in their closet; yet they are still able to do their job everyday. Get over it already. That was years ago. Do you think it would be fair to you if your boss or friends kept reminding you and all your peers every day about something you did wrong years ago?

Yea, right! The same people who would put Edwin Edwards back in office if he could run! Wasn't Edwards an embarrasment to our state also.
OH, I forgot! he was a Democrat. He got a free pass for his many trangressions.

Edwin Edwards didn't go around campaining on "FAMILY VALUES" and putting his wife and kids on tv proclaiming himself to be a family man. Edwards was who he was and didn't try to hide it or make excuses for his behavior. Vitter is a snake in the grass, and that is the most dangerous kind!
