Now we have an attorney claiming discrimination in the Calaveras superior court.

But the problem with judicial officer's John Martin, Douglas Mewhinney and district attorney, Jeff Tuttle,
far exceeds the ongoing discrimination in the superior court.

In the past three plus years we have multiple cases of the court and district attorney violating
the civil rights of non-white people--- to include Commissioner Grant Barrett, who along with county superintendent,
John Brophy, and Brophy's elected board----Steve Looper, Valarie Tudor and Kathy Huebert with Bret Harte board
president, Joan Lark and her criminal board that conspired and tampered with a superior court case
with an African American minor plaintiff----identical to Lark's, Orman's and Rasmussen's conduct that was sanctioned by a federal judge
in Moser vs. Bret Harte.

Commissioner Grant Barett, under presiding judge John Martin, obstructed justice, violated the plaintiff's
legal right to present evidence to the court, removed the responsible adult and then refused the exchange of
subpoenaed evidence between the parties.

The grand jury, under supervisor elect, Gary Tofanelli, who as foremen conspired with the court and DA
to hide the evidence has become a co-conspirator in the allegations.

Barett, Tuttle, Martin and Mewhinney, should all be temporarily removed from the position
and placed on paid leave while these matters that are now being investigated get resolved, so they don't wreck
more havoc on the legal system.

Business as usual in Calaveras county.
