When there is a monopoly, there needs to be tight control.

I see nothing special about these poor folks having a 42% increase, and now getting a bit of an decrease.

i'm sure the electric cos porked the silly rubes in our local gov'ts... these electric cos are smart and are profit machines. amazing the gov't allows the electric cos to monopolize like this. maybe not amazing - the wealthy are just strokin the rod of the gov't...
