An Anoka County grand jury has upgraded the murder charges against a Robbinsdale man and his girlfriend accused of killing and burning the body of his brother, the county attorney's office said.

Throw as much prison time as you can at these idiot. if i remeber corerwectly, they were fighting over $10,000 their father had left for them through his business. You have to be really hard up for money to kill you own brother over $5000. I feel for the family and all others involved. So many lives ruined over greed.

Something you don't hear very often, upgraded charges. Now they throw it back to the prosecutors to try and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the charges are right. Good luck with that. Now the prosecutors can just plea deal it back down to 2nd degree and get what they wanted in the first place.
Watch the sister testify against the other two and get a sweet deal too. This will be interesting to watch.
