I have a problem with the bank; my former husband managed our finances. He passed in January, I am planning my next wedding and we visited the bank to open an account, they informed me I have a debt with another bank, I visited that bank. And the debt is for two thousand dollars (approx). He arranged everything, but they now want me to pay it. Things keep appearing and its beginning to look like our finances where far worse than I had imagined. I was the only person to pay my wages into this account as requested by him. I was stupid yes, and just did as I was requested. I have a bank account, but we, my new fiancé wanted to open an account for the bills and other transactions.
PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE OUT THERE AS I SENT THIS QUES. TO AN ATTORNEY IN MAY, 2008 AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED, I ASSUME ATTORNEY'S ONLY WANT MONEY TO HELP, I'D APPRECIATE ANY HELP AT ALL!!!!
